Pastor David Pocoroba
has been preaching for 33 years. He started teaching the Word in home Bible studies in his twenties. After years of preparing through Bible College, Open Doors with Brother Andrew, evangelistic travels, and youth pastoring, he decided to start a church in his home. He and his wife Lynn desired to model their church after the Biblical example in I Corinthians 14. David is faithful to the Word of God in his preaching and has a passion for evangelism, missions, and the persecuted church. Dave and Lynn have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
Lynn Pocoroba and Dave have been a ministry couple for nearly forty years. She enjoys leading worship at Hope Chapel and teaching children, specifically in the area of child evangelism. She currently works as a caregiver outside the home and especially loves when she’s able to be with her two grandchildren.
Liza Martin
has been the Treasurer of Hope Chapel for twenty years. She is also the Treasurer of X-Stream Hope, an organization aiding the Persecuted Church and people of India, co-lead by Pastor Dave, Lynn Pocoroba, and church Elder Dixon Hinderaker. Her passion is for the mission field in India, supporting orphans, destitute girls, women, and the Persecuted Church. Liza is also the President of an Internet based company in Nevada, selling faucets and sinks to Home Depot, Overstock, and Amazon. She also manages natural gas and oil wells in West Virginia for an investment corporation. In her spare time she enjoys long, daily walks with her dog, swimming, and cooking.
Dixon Hinderaker
is married to Beth and they are currently enjoying the activities of their three young adult children. He is a manufacturer’s representative and has used his business knowledge to bless Hope Chapel over the years. He loves the Lord and is enthusiastic towards missions.
Tom Crane
is a family man of seven children. He and Lynda, his wife, have been with Hope Chapel since its beginning days in the early 80’s. Tom is a plumbing contractor and has headed up the construction end of multiple mission trips.
Bill Fraser
has blessed Hope Chapel for many years with his knowledge and wisdom in applying the Word. He and his wife, Michele, have four adult children and five grandchildren. Bill works for an organization as the associate director of the refugee employment program.
Curtis Yamasaki
and his wife Catherine have loved and served Hope Chapel for many years and continue to pour into this community.
